The decorated PR firm got its hands on the winning trophy after a clinical win over BIU Warriors in what turned out to be a befitting tournament finale. Winning the cricket tournament undeniably tasted sweeter to Media Mantra, especially after their triumphant outing at this year’s prestigious India PR and Corporate Communications Awards (IPRCCA) held in Delhi.
Organized by the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) of India, the fifth edition of the annual cricket competition was held on the 9th and 10th of April. The competitive tourney saw teams like Kaizzen Knights, Avian We Challengers, MSL Maestro, and Team Archetype among others sweating it out over a span of two days in hopes of getting their hands on the coveted trophy – an honor that was perhaps reserved for Media Mantra.
Powering through the initial rounds, the Delhi-based PR firm battled past its opponents to make the cut for the tournament’s final where they eventually got the better of their counterpart. While Media Mantra reigned supreme, the likes of BIU Warriors and Team Archetype ended their campaigns as runners-up and second runners-up respectively.
