FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
In 2012, Udit Pathak founded Media Mantra Group with his life partner Pooja with the vision of creating a PR firm that would provide innovative and effective solutions to clients and lead them to succeed over market competitors. Under Pathak's leadership, Media Mantra has won several awards and accolades for its innovative and effective PR campaigns. The group has worked with several leading brands in various sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, and technology.
Pathak is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to develop long-term relationships with clients. He believes in a simple yet potent mantra – keep working hard.
Owing to his identity as an active member of the PR and communications industry, Pathak has been featured in e4m's Top 100 PR and Corporate Communications Game Changers of 2020 and Reputation Today’s Top 100 PR Professionals categories. He has also been a part of SABRE Jury members 2018 and PR Moment Jury members along with winning the title of the Emerging leaders in e4m's 30 under 30 and 40 under 40 categories.
Pooja Pathak
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Along with her life partner Udit, Pooja Pathak founded Media Mantra in 2012, supervising the operations and strategic communication of the firm. She has played a pivotal role in shaping Media Mantra Group and owing to her concerted efforts, the firm has successfully evolved into a brand. Under her supervision, over 600+ brands have been strategically positioned in the media comprising corporate, SMEs as well as start-ups since the group’s inception.
Pooja has beautifully refined herself in the art of being able to communicate effectively with anyone at any given time and most likely in any context. From joining the debate team in school, studying philosophy in her undergrad, and successfully completing her postgraduate degree in Business & IT, she has honed this skill to foster growth in different spheres of her life. Her professional stints - ranging from being an RJ to a newspaper contributor in Sydney to volunteering at UN, Australia - further made her realize that effective communication is at the core of every successful leader and business.
Pooja believes that the greatest form of satisfaction for her comes from helping individuals, especially women, discover and develop skills. She takes pride in seeing them set sail with enthusiasm and confidence toward a future filled with joy and success beyond their expectations.

Rahul Mehta boasts nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Public Relations working with some of the most reputed firms in the industry. He comes with expertise in Public Relations, Corporate Reputation Management, Brand Reputation Management, Crisis & Issues Management, Senior Leadership Training, and Public Affairs. His dedication to his work has also won him several accolades including being featured in the "Top 20 eminent personalities who will change the industry dynamics".
Nikhil Sharda
VP - Digital
In addition to serving as the Vice President (Digital) of Media Mantra Group of Firms, Nikhil Sharda is also a writer and filmmaker. He completed his schooling from St George’s College (Mussoorie), and went on to graduate from Wigan and Leigh College (UK) with Film Studies as his major. At MM Group of Firms, he is pivotal in providing strategic insights and creating unique brand narratives to deliver only the best to our clients and nothing less.
